We are looking for a Test Analyst II to join our growing team in Burlingame, CA! 

Role - Test Analyst II 

Location - Burlingame, CA (Onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for a Test Analyst II to support pre-release device and feature testing programs. This role will be responsible for coordinating testing activities, managing device inventory, supporting program participants, and documenting testing progress and results.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, and able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and program participants.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage Pre-Release devices and Feature testing
- Manage Device Inventory 
- Create and Assign Survey's to program participants
- Write weekly progress reports
- Troubleshoot devices
- Support program participants with device issues

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in software, device, product, or user acceptance testing.
- Experience troubleshooting devices, applications, or technical issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory, testing, and program records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting users or program participants.
- Ability to document issues and communicate findings clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with mobile devices, consumer electronics, or pre-release products.
- Experience supporting beta testing, pilot programs, or internal testing initiatives.
- Experience managing hardware or device inventory.
- Experience creating surveys, collecting feedback, and preparing status reports.
- Familiarity with issue-tracking, documentation, or inventory-management tools.
